We are looking for an Operations & Project Manager with 3-4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, business operations, or program management.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at working with cross-functional stakeholders. This role focuses on operational governance, process improvement, project coordination, requirements gathering, and driving visibility across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities and operational processes across teams.
  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
  • Support governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
  • Manage work items and project tracking through Azure DevOps.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to ensure alignment and execution.

Required Qualifications:
