Job description

Position: Project Manager
Location: Manchester, NH
Type: Full-time | On-site
Position Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives. PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules and daily progress using Gantt charts.
  • Work closely with R&D and Operations teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Review design plans, customer artefacts, and track closure of action items.
  • Proactively communicate project status with Program Managers.
  • Ensure smooth transfer of projects to production after design completion.
  • Complete technical compliance matrices for Sales-led proposals.
  • Support SOW compliance with R&D, Sales, QA, and Management.
  • Oversee customer-requested qualification test activities.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and interpret customer Statements of Work (SOW), deliverables, and requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Ability to manage technical projects.

Education & Experience:
  • Background in engineering, quality, or a similar field.
