Job description

For Project Management services supporting Capital Projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part:
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline and three - five (3-5) years of experience supporting capital projects within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
  • Experience managing or supporting capital projects valued under $1.0 MM.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish).
  • Problem-solvingand root cause analysis.
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
  • Experience in:
    • Project Management Skills.
    • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and engineering project execution.
    • Automation experience is highly preferred, including exposure to manufacturing control systems, PLCs, SCADA, DeltaV, or similar automation platforms.
    • Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Supporting the planning and execution of capital projects from initiation through project closeout.
  • Coordinating engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, validation, quality, and automation teams.
  • Managing project schedules, budgets, action items, risks, and project documentation.
  • Supporting procurement activities, contractor coordination, equipment installation, and startup.
  • Participating in commissioning, qualification, and turnover activities.
  • Tracking project progress and escalating issues that could impact scope, budget, quality, or schedule.
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP requirements, company procedures, and engineering standards.
