About the role:

Lead complex and strategic projects within our power generation and oilfield equipment packaging business. As the primary interface with customers, this roleis responsible forensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, andmeetcontractual obligations whilemaintaininghigh customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will also collaborate with the sales team to assess project risks and improve execution strategies during the quotation process.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and execute project work plans, adjusting as necessary to align with customer requirements and businessobjectives.

Full project lifecycle ownership from order intake, managing delivery, and installation to pre-commissioning activities, including commissioning till contractual handover to the end-customer
Project scheduling, monitoring, and tracking of project progress to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables to ensure in-time order execution

Collaborate with sales and engineering teams on high-value and strategic projects toidentifyand mitigate execution risks.

Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

Identifyand manage project risks whilemaintaininga customer-centric approach.

Recognize business development and expansion opportunities within ongoing projects.

Negotiate and manage change orders tooptimizeproject margins.

Ensureaccuraterevenue recognition,invoicing, and dispute resolution tomaintainfinancial integrity.

Analyze and report project financial performance, including profitability, revenue, margins, andutilization.

Maintainclear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, both internal and external.

Ensure compliance with company and industry QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental) standards.

Manage relationships with key suppliers and oversee procurement of project-related materials.

Provide input on continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, ora relatedfield (or equivalent experience).

min. 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the power generation, oil & gas, or industrial equipment sectors.

Demonstratedsuccess in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive and manage change in a dynamic environment.

Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) and Oracle ERP systems.

PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory
