As a leader in Marine Support Services and Emergency Management, we have proudly supported the Department of the Navy since 1964, managing, operating, and maintaining the U.S. Navy fleet in locations such as Norfolk, Philadelphia, Bremerton, California, and Hawaii.We are seeking a highly motivated Project Managers to lead various programs in direct support of the U.S. Navy's ship repair and maintenance operations. The Project Manager will oversee skilled and unskilled labor personnel across shipyards, ensure strict adherence to Navy safety protocols, and serve as the primary liaison between company leadership and naval shipyard officials. If you thrive in fast-paced, mission-critical environments and have a strong background in ship repair, industrial safety, or defense contracting-this opportunity is for you.What You'll Be Doing:Plan and manage all Fire Watch and Tank Watch support efforts, including team deployment, scheduling, and performance oversight.Ensure that all fire prevention and confined space entry protocols are executed in compliance with NAVSEA Standard Items, OSHA regulations, and company policies.Lead job hazard analyses, risk assessments, and emergency response readiness for watch operations.Coordinate with government representatives and other stakeholders to meet operational requirements.Maintain accurate documentation, including logs, permits, training records, and incident reports.Oversee the onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of Fire/Tank Watch personnel.Ensure fire safety equipment (extinguishers, meters, PPE, etc.) is inspected and operational.Qualifications:Ten (10) or more years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Supervisor overseeing repair and maintenance work onboard U.S. Navy shipsHigh school diploma and/or successful completion of a related trade or industrial schoolUS Citizenship and an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.Global, a 1st Flagship Company is an E-Verify and is an equal opportunity employer.
