Indotronix is seeking an Onsite Job: Project Manager Level 2
Work Location: Tukwila, WA
Shift: First
Start Time: 7:00 AM
End Time: 3:30 PM
Is Clearance Required To Start?: No
Bachelor's Degree Required
Position Responsibilities:
  • Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
  • Participates in maintaining, analyzing, and producing metrics related to project plans.
  • Assists senior personnel with risk assessments, mitigation planning, and refining business cases.
  • Develops, collects, organizes, and provides data updates to maintain program status, schedules, customer commitments, supplier commitments, and compliance.
  • Coordinates documented work statements and resulting schedules.
  • Identifies and provides reports on performance variances, project status, and change information to project teams.
  • Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure stakeholder commitment.
Required Skills:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to work with large data sets, consolidate status, and generate metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience hosting meetings with engineering teams to collect status, document risks, and track issues.
  • Experience preparing weekly performance reports and presentations.
  • Experience presenting project status and performance metrics to leadership.
  • Ability and willingness to work across multiple sites in the Puget Sound area, including Seattle, Tukwila, Renton, and Everett.
Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years of related work experience, a Master's degree with typically 1 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
