Job Description Project Manager Location: Toronto, ON Contract We are partnering with a leading global investment organization seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of technology and data initiatives across a complex investment and analytics environment. This role sits within a team responsible for platform engineering, advanced analytics, and technology capabilities that support investment decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with technology teams, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale initiatives in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities Manage the delivery of technology and data projects from planning through execution and completion Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, architecture, and business stakeholders Manage project timelines, milestones, scope, risks, and delivery status Facilitate Agile delivery ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Maintain project tracking using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar delivery platforms Provide clear status reporting and communication to leadership and project stakeholders Identify and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies across teams Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business priorities Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise IT projects Experience working within financial institutions or investment organizations Proven experience delivering projects using Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies Hands-on experience managing delivery using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms Strong understanding of technology delivery within complex data or analytics environments Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication Preferred Qualifications PMP (Project Management Professional) certification Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile certification Experience delivering initiatives involving data platforms, analytics platforms, or AI/ML technologies Exposure to investment technology platforms or financial data environments Experience working within large enterprise transformation programs What Makes This Role Interesting Opportunity to work in a high-impact technology environment supporting investment decision-making Exposure to large-scale data, analytics, and platform initiatives Collaborative environment working alongside technology leaders, engineers, and investment stakeholders Long-term program with multiple upcoming initiatives How to Apply If you are an experienced Project Manager with a background in financial services technology or complex enterprise systems, we encourage you to apply.
