HR Specialist, your future position?
As an HR Specialist, you will be an active member of the Human Resources team, coordinating and providing timely and efficient HR support to the HR function and the business in terms of execution and administration of key HR policies and processes according to business needs, corporate guidelines and local policies.
Salary expectation based on technical experience: $69,000 to $97,000.
This position will be based at our Mount Olive, NJ site, working in a hybrid model (4 days at the office, 1 day remote). Occasionally will commute to our Ridgedale and New York locations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
HR Management Coordination
  • Coordinate HR activities, e.g. talent acquisition processes, local benefits, time and attendance.
  • Be the point of reference and provide advice on own domains of activity.
  • Lead small projects in own domain of activity or act as project team member in cross-functional projects.
  • Develop and implement solutions based on sound understanding of business context and company practices.
  • Coordinate internship recruitment, university partnerships, career fairs, intern onboarding, and program administration.
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle for certain Job Levels, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate communications, pre-employment activities, and onboarding.

HR Administration Support
  • Provide support to the HR team, management and employees.
  • Provide efficient HR administrative support in compliance with legal, fiscal and other employment requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR policies and advise HR team.
  • With guidance, provide advice based on sound understanding of organization's processes.
  • Administer the Tuition Reimbursement program, review applications, track documentation, communicate with employees, and process reimbursements.
  • Manage employee service milestones and coordinate recognition awards.

Employee Relations
  • Be the first contact point for employees, managers and external contacts to provide information, follow-up and refer people to appropriate resource.
  • With guidance, inform and advise managers and employees about relevant legislation and employee relations policies

Processes and Data
  • Process and report on employee data and other HR data using HR systems.
  • Maintain employee information that meets the organization's legal obligations and assists in human resource management and planning by implementing new processes and analyses.
  • Complete routine controls and analysis using available HR systems.
  • Coordinate HR purchase requisitions, vendor communications, invoice processing, and procurement tracking while ensuring compliance with internal purchasing procedures.

Your professional profile includes:
  • Post-Secondary / Associate / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field desirable.
  • Further education in Human Resources or related field desirable
  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources function
  • English mandatory; bilingual Spanish very beneficial.
  • Analytic Skills.
  • Knowledge of HR legal matters.
