About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex enterprise technology initiatives across business and technical domains. This role will manage projects ranging from operational improvements and digital transformation efforts to enterprise application and infrastructure initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project delivery, vendor management, procurement processes, contract administration, financial planning, and stakeholder engagement. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, ensuring projects are effectively planned, funded, governed, and successfully executed.
The successful candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, excels at managing cross-functional teams, and can translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
  • Lead multiple enterprise-scale projects from initiation through implementation and post-deployment support.
  • Develop and manage project charters, business cases, project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Business Planning & Funding Management
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define project objectives and develop business justifications.
  • Prepare and manage business cases, project proposals, funding requests, and budget documentation.
  • Track project expenditures, forecasts, and resource utilization.
  • Support financial planning and funding approval processes for strategic initiatives.
Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Lead procurement-related activities, including development of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and vendor evaluation criteria.
  • Coordinate vendor selection, contract negotiations, and onboarding activities.
  • Manage vendor performance, contract compliance, deliverables, and service-level expectations.
  • Foster productive relationships with external partners and consulting organizations.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Coordinate efforts across business, development, quality assurance, architecture, infrastructure, and operations teams.
  • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Manage resources within a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Drive decision-making and resolve conflicts across teams and stakeholders.
Project Governance & Reporting
  • Maintain project plans, risk registers, issue logs, decision logs, and project documentation repositories.
  • Monitor project scope and implement formal change management processes.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards, policies, and quality requirements.
Documentation & Process Excellence
  • Create and maintain project documentation, process flows, data flow diagrams, project narratives, and implementation plans.
  • Ensure proper project traceability, documentation control, and audit readiness.
  • Promote continuous improvement of project management methodologies and governance practices.
Required Qualifications
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex enterprise IT projects and programs.
  • Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives involving business and technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors, contract negotiations, procurement activities, and project funding processes.
  • Experience developing business cases, project proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and financial requests.
  • Strong background managing projects in large-scale enterprise environments.
Project Management Expertise
  • Experience using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, change management, and resource planning.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
