Responsabilites

  • Gerer la portee des projets axes sur les logiciels et l'infrastructure (deroulement complet du projet). Le candidat retenu assurera la liaison entre tous les services technologiques et non technologiques pour assurer la reussite et la livraison du projet tout en respectant les delais, la portee et le budget.
  • Produire et tenir a jour des documents de projet precis (feuilles de calcul, diagrammes et diagrammes de processus) et des plans de projet (MS Project/JIRA/Confluence/Visio, etc.)
  • Gerer les calendriers generaux des projets techniques en elaborant et en faisant le suivi des objectifs et des etapes du projet ainsi que des ressources et des echeanciers
  • Gerer les risques, les contraintes, les dependances et resoudre les problemes qui touchent la portee, les echeances, le budget et la qualite des projets
  • Participer a des reunions internes et externes pour recueillir les exigences du projet et preparer des resumes detailles a partager avec les equipes d'ingenierie, de l'exploitation et de la negociation
  • Coordonner et controler l'execution des taches des autres groupes de soutien pendant les activites de lancement, y compris l'examen des communiques, l'organisation de reunions de pre deploiement et l'examen des listes de verification
  • Diriger et coordonner les activites de lancement
  • Participer a des projets et a des retrospectives de programmes et fournir des details sur les inefficacites, les erreurs, les reussites et les ameliorations proposees
  • Planification et coordination des activites de travail physique dans un centre de donnees (installations materielles et reseau)

Competences

  • Au moins 4 a 5 ans d'experience dans un poste de gestion de projet
  • Certification en gestion de projet, comme PMP ou Prince, un atout
  • Avoir une attitude tres analytique et strategique et une forte capacite a influencer les parties prenantes de la haute direction
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation et de gestion du temps
  • Capacite a gerer des priorites concurrentes
  • Solides competences en reseautage au sein de l'industrie et capacite a etablir des relations avec des personnes-ressources cles
  • Connaissance des concepts d'infrastructure (serveur, plateformes de stockage) et de reseautage, AWS/Azure ou d'autres plateformes infonuagiques
  • Competences en matiere de serveur et de Linux, un atout
  • Connaissance des marches financiers ou de la cryptomonnaie
  • Connaissance en matiere de centre de donnees, de colocation, de deploiement informatique et de migration, un atout
  • Connaissance de C++, Java, Git/Gerrit, un atout
  • Experience avec les bases de donnees, Kibana et ElasticSearch, un atout

  • Ce poste exige une maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit. La maitrise de l'anglais est requise, car le poste implique des interactions regulieres avec des membres des equipes internationales anglophone, en plus, la creation de fichiers et documents en anglais pour travailler avec les collegues internationales.

 Responsibilities

  • Managing the scope of software & infrastructure-driven projects (Full Project Lifecycle)
  • The successful candidate will liaise between all technology and non technology departments, for the success of the overall project and delivery of the project within the agreed time, scope, and budget
  • Generating and maintaining accurate project documentation (spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps) and project plans (MS Project/JIRA/Confluence/Visio, etc.)
  • Managing overall technical project schedules by developing and tracking project objectives, project milestones, resources, and timelines
  • Managing risks, constraints, dependencies and resolving issues that affect scope, schedule, budget and quality of the projects
  • Engaging in internal and external meetings to gather project requirements and preparing detailed summaries to share with the engineering, operations, and trading teams
  • Coordinating and controlling the execution of other support groups' tasks during release activities including release reviews, pre-deployment meetings, and checklist reviews
  • Leading and coordinating the Go-Live activities 
  • Participating in project, and program retrospectives as well as providing detail on inefficiencies, mistakes, successes, and proposed improvements
  • Planning and coordinating activities for physical work in a data center (physical hardware and network installations) 

Qualifications

  • At least 4-5 years experience in a Project Management role
  • Project management certification like PMP or Prince preferred 
  • Possess a highly analytical and strategic mindset with a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong networking skills within the industry and ability to build relationships with key contacts
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure (server, storage platforms) and Networking concepts, AWS/Azure or other cloud platforms
  • Server and Linux skills preferable
  • Knowledge about financial and/or crypto markets 
  • Knowledge of Data Center/ Colocation design , buildout, migration a plus
  • Knowledge of C++, Java, git/gerrit is a plus
  • Experience with databases, Kibana and ElasticSearch a plus
  • Knowledge of a scripting language (Shell or Python) a plus
  • This position requires fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. Fluency in English is required, as the position involves regular interaction with English-speaking international team members, as well as the creation of files and documents in English to work with international colleagues.
