Job Description:

Relevant du gestionnaire du Bureau de projets, en tant que Charge(e) de projet vous agissez comme partenaire de coordination aupres du portefeuille et du conducteur de train (Release Train Engineer (RTE)). Votre role consiste a assurer le suivi integre des initiatives, soutenir les activites de gouvernance, produire les indicateurs de performance et faciliter la coordination entre les differents intervenants du portefeuille et du train Agile.

Vous contribuez a la planification, a l'execution et au suivi des travaux, tout en favorisant l'application des pratiques de gestion de projet. A titre de collaborateur cle, vous assurez la qualite et la disponibilite de l'information requise pour soutenir la prise de decision, la gestion des priorites et la livraison de valeur.

Vous vous realiserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

Coordination au portefeuille :

  • Assurer le suivi des initiatives et projets du portefeuille.

  • Consolider l'information relative a l'avancement, aux enjeux, aux risques, aux dependances et aux benefices attendus.

  • Preparer les tableaux de bord, indicateurs de performance et rapports periodiques destines aux instances de gouvernance.

  • Collaborer a la planification et a la mise a jour des feuilles de route du portefeuille.

  • Soutenir l'identification des priorites et assurer le suivi des actions decidees lors des comites.

  • Coordonner la preparation, l'animation et les suivis des rencontres de gouvernance.

  • Assurer la circulation de l'information entre les equipes de livraison, les secteurs d'affaires et les parties prenantes.

  • Participer a l'amelioration continue des processus, outils et pratiques de gestion de portefeuille.

Soutien au RTE et coordination des initiatives :

  • Assurer le suivi integre des initiatives sous la responsabilite du RTE afin de soutenir l'atteinte des objectifs de livraison.

  • Produire et maintenir les outils de gestion de projet et de portefeuille permettant le suivi des echeanciers, des livrables, des risques, des enjeux et des dependances.

  • Assurer la qualite, la coherence et la consolidation de l'information provenant des equipes et preparer les indicateurs, tableaux de bord et rapports necessaires a la prise de decision.

  • Assurer le suivi des actions decoulant des rencontres de gouvernance, des ateliers de planification et des ceremonies de coordination du train.

  • Appuyer le RTE dans la preparation et la coordination des activites de planification, de suivi des travaux et de logistique des activites et initiatives du train Agile.

  • Effectuer le suivi des dependances interequipes et veiller a l'escalade des enjeux necessitant une intervention de gestion.

  • Contribuer a la gestion des risques en identifiant les impacts potentiels sur les echeanciers, les couts, la capacite ou la portee des initiatives.

  • Collaborer avec les responsables de produits (Product Owners), les charges d'equipe Agile (Scrum Masters), les gestionnaires et parties prenantes afin de maintenir une vision integree de l'avancement des travaux.

  • Participer a l'amelioration des processus de suivi, de gouvernance et de gestion du portefeuille de livraison.

Vos talents et qualifications :

  • Diplome universitaire de premier cycle dans une discipline pertinente.

  • Trois (3) a cinq (5) annees d'experience en coordination de projets, gestion de projets ou soutien a la gestion de portefeuille.

  • Experience dans un environnement Agile et multidisciplinaire.

  • Bonne connaissance des principes de gestion de projet, de gouvernance et de gestion de portefeuille.

  • Experience dans la preparation de rapports de gestion et de tableaux de bord executifs.

  • Maitrise des outils de collaboration et de gestion de projets (Jira, Clarity CA PPM ou equivalents).

  • Excellentes habiletes de communication en francais, a l'oral et a l'ecrit.

  • Certification PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, SAFe ou autre certification pertinente (atout).
