Project Manager (Architect) - Healthcare

At Ankrom Moisan, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in our Seattle office. The role requires experience in the healthcare sector and involves leading projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects and project teams in a fast‑paced environment that rewards self‑starters
  • Provide design guidance for all phases of a project including tenant renovation
  • Develop and manage work plans and staff
  • Estimate fees and write project proposals
  • Lead daily interaction with clients, architectural teams and design teams
  • Manage the execution of design and contract documents including understanding detailing and specifications
  • Provide Quality Control for contract documents
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters, Degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect in the State ofWA preferred
  • Must have been a Project Manager for several Healthcare projects from start to finish
  • Experience in Senior Housing, High Rise, and Healthcare
  • Ability to design in Revit
  • History of developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Capability in Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Collaborative, team oriented, and also tech savvy
