Job description

PQC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives within a Defense Health Agency (DHA) medical environment. This role requires strong leadership, analytical capability, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple geographic locations. The ideal candidate will excel at translating complex data into actionable insights and ensuring alignment with established policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects within a DHA or military medical environment
  • Coordinate and oversee teams distributed across multiple geographic locations, ensuring alignment, communication, and timely delivery
  • Analyze, synthesize, and present data from multiple sources to support decision-making and reporting requirements
  • Review and interpret established guides, manuals, and standard operating procedures, and effectively apply them to daily operations
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate regular status updates, stakeholder meetings, and reporting processes
  • Ensure compliance with DHA standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and project execution

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working within a DHA or military healthcare environment
  • Demonstrated success managing teams across multiple geographic locations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data
  • Experience interpreting and applying policies, manuals, and operational guidelines
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience with healthcare systems, clinical operations, or federal health programs
  • Familiarity with data reporting tools and project management software
  • Prior experience supporting government or defense-related programs


Position type: Full Time

Hours: Mon-Friday, 8:30-5, with flexibility

PTO: 2 weeks annual, flexible schedule

Holiday: 7 paid days
