We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will oversee the management of multiple projects ensuring day-to-day operations including strong customer relations, deliverables, budget, invoicing, and staffing are met. The Project Manager will also work with executive management to develop budgets, create financial forecasts, input marketing material, proposal support, and other related support. We are looking for an experienced candidate with considerable management experience within the DoD and other Federal agencies specifically in the areas of healthcare (clinical) and medical solutions, behavioral health, program management, and related administrative support. The candidate must have exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at one time.
Essential Job Functions:
• Oversee project operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, services, and cost effective management of resources.
• Kick-off and manage projects, including contract management, deliverables, customer interface, staffing, and budgets.
• Review activity reports and financial statements to ensure projects and companies are within budget and on deliverable targets.
• Manage and direct project/program managers and staff.
• Evaluate the performance of employees for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and performance objectives of the project.
• Establish and implement measurement tools to monitor and track the accountability of all departments.
• Proactively identify operational and service problems and initiate resolutions, handle complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Establish and maintain a close working relationship with corporate and subsidiary management and customers.
• Provide business development support for both organic and new businesses.
• Provide support to proposal development including marketing, pricing, technical writing, and editing.
Qualifications:
• Security Clearance required
• Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline
• 10 years in program/project management with PMP certification
• Strong background in DoD contracting with an emphasis within healthcare agencies.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business management, or related field.
