The Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a qualified Service Project Manager in our Omaha Office.
Job Summary:
Oversees a service project team aligned with multiple or mid-sized projects.
Responsibilities:
• Service Project Management: Drives planning and effective turnover between operations, estimating, and the field. Routinely closes out projects with exceptional client feedback and quick payment.
• Client Relationships: Develops a network of connections with clients, vendors, and industry peers. Regularly engages in industry and community events. Knows who to call to get things done for various clients.
• Risk Management: Works with leadership on risk management efforts. Proficient in contract review and always provides review feedback to department leader that is thorough and accurate. Understands the contract and follows the requirements to ensure an easy client experience while providing timely documentation to keep us out of trouble.
• Project Budget: Able to successfully monitor the financial and operations performance of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical Leadership: Ensures the installation or project crew is technically competent and supports their technical needs as required to ensure a quality installation that further strengthens our reputation in the industry.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of project management experience in the HVAC industry
• Bachelor's in Engineering or Technical Training Program Completion
