Key Responsibilities

Sign Production & Finishing
  • Operate and maintain digital printers and other production equipment.
  • Follow layouts to accurately place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphics onto predetermined substrates or media.
  • Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images using appropriate techniques based on the size, type, and complexity of the graphics.

  • Follow all company safety and production procedures.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple jobs, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate printers, laminators, and light power equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret Work Orders and production specifications.
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods, including 4 hours or more.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, including 4 hours or more.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Ability to bend, lean over a waist-high worktable, and perform repetitive back-and-forth hand motions when applying vinyl and graphics.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn new equipment, software, production techniques, and processes.
