About the role
  • Design graphics for both digital and print utilizing Royal's Athletics brand and design guidelines
  • Update templates already created for numerous purposes across the department
  • Create new designs for specific purposes as assigned by Athletics staff
  • Efficiently deliver graphics to stakeholders, meeting deadlines and quick turnarounds
  • Create athletic-specific content that shows passion, determination, and competitiveness, among other key themes as directed by Athletics staff
  • Target Start Date: 9/1/26
  • End Date: 5/15/27

Qualifications
  • Must be a current Bethel University undergraduate student
  • Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including but not limited to Photoshop,
  • InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Ability to take direction and work independently as needed
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely - both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Organizational and time-management skills
