The work you do will influence how millions of customers experience McDonald's across diverse markets and cultures worldwide.As aSupervisor within Global Restaurant Operations, you will help bridge the gap between innovation and execution by ensuring new Restaurant NEXT solutions are operationally ready for deployment. You will support end-to-end deployment preparation, including development of deployment strategies, market implementation materials, training resources, operational guidance, and integration considerations.Partnering with technology, learning & development, and market teams, you will contribute to solution testing, pilot evaluations, and deployment planning to help markets successfully scale new capabilities. This role offers unique exposure to global markets and the opportunity to directly influence how McDonald's restaurant innovations are deployed and adopted around the world.This position reports to the Operations Manager, Global Restaurant Operations and is based in Chicago (MHQ).

Duties
  • Serve as the Global Operations lead for assigned solutions, representing restaurant operations throughout development, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop deployment playbooks, operational tools, and implementation resources for Restaurant NEXT solutions.
  • Create training materials and enablement resources that support market readiness and successful adoption.
  • Support Speedee Labs testing and evaluation efforts to validate operational feasibility and customer and crew impacts.
  • Lead and support Market Zero and pilot restaurant testing, translating learnings into deployment recommendations.
  • Identify and manage operational integration considerations across solutions to ensure successful implementation in restaurants.
  • Facilitate restaurant immersion sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagements to gather insights and build alignment.
  • Partner with cross-functional, segment, and market teams to develop scalable deployment approaches and readiness plans.
  • Capture and incorporate market feedback to continuously improve operational standards, training, and deployment materials.
  • Provide clear communication on project progress, risks, learnings, and deployment readiness milestones.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in restaurant operations, field operations, deployment, training, operations development, or related business functions.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and experience supporting the testing, pilot, or deployment of customer-facing, crew-facing, or operational solutions.
  • Previous experience in market field operations, restaurant management, or operational support roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including Operations, Technology, Learning & Development, Customer Experience, and market stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build productive working relationships.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to translate operational insights into practical recommendations and deployment solutions.
  • Ability to analyze testing results, operational feedback, and market inputs to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Experience developing or supporting operational tools, training materials, procedures, or deployment resources preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering positive customer, crew, and restaurant outcomes.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally based on business and project needs.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience partnering across functions to support project execution and deliver business results.

The expected salary range for this role is$78,281.00 -$97,852.00per year
