Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in commercial/industrial coatings
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
- Proof of citizenship or ability to work in the U.S. (This employer participates in E-Verify.)
- Availability for overtime and every other Saturday
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in **Procore** project management software
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in epoxy coatings, polished concrete, sealant applications, concrete restoration/repair, and fireproofing

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs frequently, including materials such as buckets, tools, and fireproofing products.
