Job Title: Field Operations Coordinator
Company: USA Renovations
Location: Richardson, TX (Field-based with travel as required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
USA Renovations is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support the execution of projects in the field by ensuring jobs are fully prepared, crews are equipped, and issues are resolved quickly.
This is a high-responsibility, fast-paced role that requires strong problem-solving skills, responsiveness, and the ability to operate under pressure. The Field Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping crews productive and projects running on schedule.
Important Role Expectations (Please Read Carefully)
Our projects often operate on overnight schedules, while the office operates during standard daytime hours. Because of this:
  • Crews frequently work overnight shifts
  • This role requires availability outside of normal business hours
  • Responding to calls and messages after hours, including nights and weekends, is a requirement of this position

This is not a traditional 9οΏ½5 role. The ideal candidate must be comfortable supporting field operations during off-hours when issues arise and must be dependable in responding when needed.
Core Purpose
Ensure crews can execute work efficiently by eliminating delays, coordinating logistics, and resolving issues quickly in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Field Readiness & Coordination
  • Confirm jobsite readiness prior to crew arrival (access, contacts, conditions)
  • Ensure materials and equipment are available and properly staged
  • Coordinate site logistics to support efficient work execution

Materials, Equipment & Logistics
  • Arrange delivery or transport of materials and equipment
  • Verify equipment is functional and ready for use
  • Coordinate last-mile logistics to prevent delays

Issue Resolution
  • Respond to and resolve field issues in real time, including during off-hours
  • Troubleshoot problems related to access, materials, or equipment
  • Escalate issues appropriately when necessary

Execution Monitoring
  • Confirm crews arrive and begin work as scheduled
  • Track delays and communicate issues to internal team
  • Support overall project execution by maintaining clear communication

Qualifications
Required
  • 1οΏ½3+ years of experience in construction, field operations, logistics, or a related environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability and willingness to respond to after-hours calls and issues (required)

Preferred
  • Experience working on commercial construction or service-based projects
  • Familiarity with field reporting tools or project management systems
  • Experience coordinating materials or equipment logistics

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Ability to travel to various job sites as needed
  • Ability to stand, walk, and navigate job sites for extended periods
