As a Manager, Field Operations, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing programs that support the evolution of Schwab's client relationship models across mass affluent, high-net-worth, and ultra-high-net-worth client segments. You will partner with field leaders and cross-functional teams to improve sales effectiveness, operational scale, and advisor and client experiences across Schwab's Retail channels.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

What You'll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of Schwab's investor segments, offerings, competitive positioning, and market opportunities.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify opportunities, assess tradeoffs, uncover root causes, and develop business recommendations.
  • Support the evolution of relationship and service models for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Partner with field leaders and subject matter experts to represent business needs, integrate priorities, and drive scalable solutions.
  • Improve advisor and client experiences through operational enhancements, practice management initiatives, and performance measurement programs.
  • Develop executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for leadership audiences.
  • Drive implementation of strategic initiatives and serve as a change agent throughout execution and adoption phases.
  • Monitor performance metrics and business outcomes to support continuous improvement.
What you have

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in strategy, analytics, business operations, consulting, sales operations, program management, client experience, or related disciplines.
  • Bachelor's degree and equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, identifying insights, and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Experience building relationships and partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting strategy, analytics, business operations, sales operations, product management, program management, consulting, or client experience initiatives.
  • Financial services, wealth management, branch operations, or regulated-industry experience.
  • Experience leading or supporting large-scale business transformation or change initiatives.
  • Experience developing business cases and influencing decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Knowledge of advisor, client relationship, or service model design.
