Data Center Construction | Phoenix, AZ

We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead mission-critical data center construction projects in Phoenix, Arizona. • Lead and develop a team of 15+ electricians, technicians, and commissioning personnel

• Drive project flow to keep timelines, budgets, and quality standards on track

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain seamless operations

• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and maintain financial accountability throughout each phase

• Leverage Procore to manage documentation, scheduling, reporting, and project communication

• Deliver clear, consistent project updates to leadership and clients

• Anticipate and proactively resolve project risks, conflicts, and delays before they escalate

What you bring

• Demonstrated ability to lead large field teams and hold people accountable in a fast-moving environment

• Proficiency in Procore and other project management tools

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage expectations at all levels

• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
