Job description

Managing dedicated client relationships and all related client interface in partnership with senior designers; Providing strategic oversight in the development, execution and implementation of branded communications including print collateral, new media, environmental communications, etc. ranging from multi-component systems to discrete projects; Working with internal client base, and directly with design team, production manager and other stakeholders to develop project scope, production schedule, and strategy for assigned deliverables; Creating and executing solutions consistent with clientýs budget parameters, and considering innovative ways to maximize budget; Maintaining and updating project database and generating relevant reports. Experience as Account or Project Manager working within a creative department.

Experience as Account or Project Manager in/with financial services or related industries/clients preferred. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication, organizational, project management, facilitation and presentation skills. Excellent relationship and vendor management skills. Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What is the day to day of the person going to look like? Please be specific.

  • work closely with the Channel Marketing Managers and Digital Engagement leads as well as colleagues across other teams within Marketing.
  • Within Channel Marketing, work very collaboratively and this person will have access to tenured team members who can help provide guidance and direction as required for this person to be successful.
  • Global Digital Engagement:
    • Creation of campaign readouts in PowerPoint to clearly communicate results on an AdHoc basis, as well as quarterly
    • AdHoc assistance to Digital Engagement Leads on:
      • Virtual event and webinar preparation
      • Paid Medua
      • Owned Digital Platform Updates
    • NA Channel Marketing:
  • Lead assessment of current team processes and partner with team to develop/maintain process documentation
  • Assist with conference and sponsored event preparation
  • Audit of DC web experience, including competitive review and best practices in partnership with other marketing team members
  • Administration of Channel and Digital Engagement efforts:
  • Scheduling and maintenance of regular ongoing meetings, develop agenda, and circulate minutes
  • Maintenance of web expiration tracker and map
  • Management of compliance approvals for all content (new and renewals)
  • Ownership of the updates to our internal bi-monthly distribution team email
  • AdHoc project management work

Skills

  • Marketing or communications degree, with 1-3 years of work experience (could include internships while in school)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
