Project Manager / Estimator (Mechanical & Plumbing)
We are currently seeking a driven and motivated project manager in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for a client that focus's on manufacturing and industrial MEP work. If you are looking to have full autonomy of your work and join an established and reputable company in the DFW area, this is the role for you!

Qualifications

  • Experience estimating mechanical piping or plumbing construction projects

  • Ability to bid projects and manage them from kickoff through completion

  • Background in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial construction

  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, piping, and construction drawings

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously

  • Experience with tools such as FastPIPE, Bluebeam, Procore, or Trimble is a plus

  • Process piping or design-build project experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate mechanical and plumbing cost estimates from plans and specifications

  • Manage projects from award through closeout, including kickoff, scheduling, and coordination

  • Handle submittals, purchasing, and material procurement

  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients

  • Monitor project budgets, change orders, and cost control

  • Maintain clear client communication and project reporting throughout the project lifecycle

  • Own the full project lifecycle from estimate to completion
