Job Title: Senior Project Manager Business Transformation & CRM

Location: Austin, TX 78753 Hybrid Duration: 12+ Months Employment Type: Contract

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Business Transformation Project Manager to join a dynamic PMO team supporting a major business transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, business analysis, technical, and stakeholder management experience, with a proven track record leading CRM, ERP, process transformation, data conversion, and system integration initiatives.

The candidate should be comfortable working in an Agile/SAFe environment and partnering with business leaders, technical teams, Business Process Owners, Business Analysts, and other Project Managers.

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of relevant Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience leading Business Transformation / Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion/ERP systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and/or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience managing CRM transformation, data conversion, system integration, or ERP transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and process re-engineering.
