This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the complexities of large equipment procurement and execution, and enjoys working directly with customers, manufacturers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes. If you've managed large capital equipment projects, mission critical facilities, electrical infrastructure, industrial automation, or hyperscale data center projects, we'd like to talk with you.**Position Summary**The Project Manager serves as the primary operational leader responsible for managing customer projects from award through final closeout. This individual ensures flawless execution of equipment procurement, manufacturing coordination, logistics, commissioning support, customer communication, and financial performance. Working alongside TRC's Data Center Sales Team, this role transforms successful pursuits into well-executed projects while delivering an outstanding customer experience.**Primary Responsibilities*** Lead projects from purchase order through final completion.* Develop execution plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.* Serve as primary customer contact throughout execution.* Coordinate equipment procurement, factory production, submittals, logistics, and commissioning support.* Manage project financials, billing milestones, change orders, and profitability.* Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Vendors, Manufacturers, Engineering, and Contractors.* Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.* Lead project closeout including documentation, punch lists, warranties, and lessons learned.**Equipment Experience*** Medium Voltage Switchgear* Low Voltage Switchgear* UPS Systems* Power Distribution Units (PDUs)* Busway* Transformers* Generator Controls* PLC Systems* Industrial Automation Equipment* Custom Electrical Assemblies**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor's Degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.* 5+ years of project management experience.* Experience supporting Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Industrial Construction, Electrical Distribution, or Large Equipment Projects.* Strong financial, organizational, communication, and customer management skills.**Preferred Experience*** Hyperscale Data Centers* Colocation Facilities* Mission Critical Construction* Electrical Distribution* Industrial Automation* Power Generation* EPC Contractors* OEM Equipment Manufacturers* Electrical Contractors**Why TRC?**Join one of the nation's leading electrical solutions providers supporting the world's fastest-growing data center market.
