We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Branch Manager.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Branch Manager to plan, direct, organize and control the operational activity of a Credit Union facility, ensuring the branch meets strategic, financial, operational, service and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leads branch staff through training and coaching.

- Drives branch performance by creating a sales and service culture in the branch.

- Builds Credit Union presence in the community and develops new members and relationships.

- Provide excellent member service and resolves inquiries.

- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience preferred.

- A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing preferred.

- Supervisory experience required.

- Customer service experience required.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
