Join our Supply Chain Infrastructure Group and lead data/fiber crews through massive 500k-2M+ sq ft distribution center builds. We need a hands-on Leader who can map pathways, build out MDF/IDFs, and keep high-productivity projects on schedule.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead Crews: Direct 4 to 20 low-voltage technicians on massive commercial sites (500k to 2M+ sq ft).
  • Stay Hands-On: Oversee and assist with Cat6, single-mode, and multi-mode fiber installations.
  • Manage Buildouts: Own the planning for MDF/IDF layouts, cable pathways, and print reading.
  • Coordinate Tech: Install and supervise paging, wireless/AP, CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Daily Operations: Plan manpower, set production goals, and coordinate with other on-site trades.
  • Site Safety & Admin: Enforce safety compliance, track inventory, and submit daily spreadsheet updates.
What You Bring:
  • Experience: 5+ years in low-voltage data cabling, with proven experience as a Lead or Foreman.
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of Cat6/Fiber termination, testing, and structural print reading.
  • Equipment Savvy: Comfortable operating 40 to 60-foot boom and scissor lifts.
  • Tech Literacy: Proficient with smartphones, emails, and Excel/Microsoft Office tools.
  • Logistics: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, basic tools, and reliable transport.
Work Schedule & Travel
  • Must be willing to travel extensively to project sites.
  • Must be comfortable working 50 to 60-hour weeks.
$28 - $38 an hour
Pay is based on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are available.
