Project Manager
Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager with a strong background in cable/telecommunications construction and outside plant (OSP) operations. This role is responsible for managing all phases of FTTx construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and excels at leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct all aspects of FTTx construction projects, including field operations, quality control, and reporting.
  • Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Lead regular project meetings and coordinate communications among clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and uphold construction department standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide consistent updates to clients and leadership regarding project progress and any issues impacting timelines or relationships.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in cable/telecommunications construction and project management.
  • Proven FTTx project management experience is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing contractors and multi-site construction projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
