Work you'll do

As a Senior Manager, Life Sciences Supply Chain & Operate, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end BPO and Operate engagements across supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, quality and compliance, and procurement for biopharmaceutical, medical device, and broader life sciences clients

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience in life sciences consulting or life sciences industry operations, including 4+ years leading teams, programs, or client engagements
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing business process outsourcing, managed services, or Operate engagements, including responsibility for one or more of the following: service level or key performance indicator (KPI) management, transition or mobilization activities, continuous improvement, or process optimization
  • 3+ years of experience supporting supply chain, manufacturing, quality, procurement, compliance, or regulated operations in a good practice (GxP) or current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) life sciences environment
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Manufacturing Execution System (MES) recipe authoring or modification, test method management, master data management, or product complaint triage and initial investigation
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Experience in a consulting firm or in an internal transformation role within a life sciences organization
  • Experience with MES, quality management systems, laboratory information management systems, enterprise resource planning systems, Veeva, TrackWise, or Kinaxis
  • Experience designing or deploying artificial intelligence, automation, or analytics use cases within life sciences operations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
