What will you be doing?


Client Communication and Response

  • Consistently respond to clients within specified timeframes based on the level of service purchased.

Morning Service Department Duties

  • Perform daily tasks, including monitoring RMS statuses, ordering parts, checking stock inventory, and addressing in-house service requests.

Field-Level Service Management

  • Manage the field-level service process, ensuring discreet, clean, and flawlessly functional project completion, while effectively communicating with the Service Department.

Equipment Maintenance

  • Maintain both the technical performance and attractive cosmetic appearance of equipment and systems during each service call.

Client Recommendations

  • Conduct objective assessments to recommend Client Care Packages and equipment upgrades.

Client Outreach Programs

  • Collaborate with the Company and Service Manager on consistent outreach programs to engage clients.

Continuous Learning

  • Stay updated on new equipment, evaluation procedures, and address frequent bugs through continuous education on supported product lines.

Project Completion Involvement

  • Directly participate in the final stages of project completion to ensure all new projects are ready for commissioning.

Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

  • To hold or rest weighted objects (up to 50 lbs.) directly on hands, arms, shoulders, or back while walking from one location to another.

Experience

  • Possess 5+ years of hands-on experience with audio/video and residential electronic systems projects.

Technical Expertise

  • Demonstrated expertise in the installation and servicing of Crestron and Lutron control systems.

Programming Support

  • Understanding of Crestron and Lutron control systems, with the ability to support the programming department through downloads.

Equipment Setup

  • Proficient in setting up Crestron remotes, keypads, and touch screens unsupervised.

Cable TV Systems Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of cable TV systems, including termination, distribution amps, signal balancing, with the capability to test and troubleshoot unsupervised.

Industry Knowledge

  • Familiarity with the construction and design/build industry, trade coordination, and project management.

Skills:

Time Management

  • To multitask, organize, and effectively ensure deadlines are met for multiple projects; must be able to manage the completion of projects.
