Job description

Immediate opening for a Project Manager-

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager for ground-up new commercial projects (Self-Storage, Warehouse, Retail). Experience with Tilt Wall or PEMB is a plus.
- Proven experience with a Commercial General Contractor on "Bid-Build" projects.
- Ability to manage at least three projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Asana, and Microsoft Project.
- Expertise in preparing detailed construction schedules, RFIs, submittals, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Strong ability to read and understand construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Knowledge of General Contracting and contractual documents.
- Experience performing take-offs and schedule of values.
- Ability to oversee budgets, maintain schedules, and provide WIP reports and duration forecasts.
- Strong leadership skills to manage construction teams and lead weekly design/construction meetings.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with vendors, clients, and engineering/architectural firms.
- Experience performing closeout document reviews.
- Must have a valid Texas driver's license.
