Job description

Project Manager
We are looking for highly motivated and engaged employees who love construction; someone who wants to grow with us and leave a lasting legacy. We are currently in search of a Project Manager to join our team.
Essential responsibilities include:
  • Complete oversight and ownership of commercial construction projects from bid phase to close-out.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget while achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Coordinate and manage bid and proposal process.
  • Analyze project requirements and supervise all activities related to contract administration, change orders, cost estimating, submittals, procurement and project schedule.
  • Review and administer contracts.
  • Main point of contract with owner/tenant/subcontractors/architect and engineers.
  • Train and mentor Assistant Project Managers.

Qualifications, skills and abilities include:
  • BS in Building Construction, Architecture or Engineering (Preferred).
  • 4 years' experience in real estate, construction, architecture or engineering.
  • Ability to read construction drawings
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, building owners, building managers, consultants, architects, employees
  • Knowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and construction
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Knowledge of Viewpoint Construction Software is preferred.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and handle multiple projects at the same time.
