Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Architect Project Manager (Architect II+) to lead projects within our Workplace studio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, brings strong technical and documentation skills, values thoughtful design, and enjoys guiding teams and projects from concept through delivery.
What We're Looking For
A technically strong, organized, and engaged project leader who can manage large tenant improvement projects and multiple small to mid-sized projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly in Revit, leading meetings with confidence, and providing clear direction to project teams while maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large Workplace projects or multiple Workplace projects, often concurrently
  • Take full ownership of workplace projects and support larger, high-profile projects as an Assistant Project Manager when needed
  • Provide clear direction, mentorship, and technical oversight to design and production staff
  • Actively participate in project documentation, detailing, and technical development
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
  • Lead client meetings and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Develop space plans and initiate project work when staffing resources are limited
  • Ensure projects remain financially on track and aligned with client goals and expectations

Qualifications
  • Architect II+ level experience (8 or more years)
  • Strong technical background with the ability to contribute directly to project documentation
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tenant improvement projects and project teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Experience in Workplace projects
  • Proficiency in Revit and related design and documentation tools

Why You'll Love It Here
We offer a flexible work environment and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, and generous paid vacation, sick, holiday, and volunteer time.
