LFK Architects is seeking experienced, energetic Project Architects and Associate Architects to become an integral part of our leading Charleston-area firm.

At LFK, you’ll join an engaging, diverse team and gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of commercial project types. From the outset, you’ll be encouraged to dive into all aspects of design and project management—from schematic design through construction documents—participating in every step of the process.

Your Role

As a Project or Associate Architect, you will:

· Participate in all levels of the design process—your ideas matter here!

· See projects through from conceptual design to construction administration.

· Conduct building code research and apply local jurisdictional ordinances.

· Prepare for design review boards and assist or lead client presentations and meetings.

· Produce detailed construction documents and coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

· 3–5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm

· Strong design sensibility and production skills

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

· Proficiency in architectural design and documentation software

· Both licensed and non-licensed designers are encouraged to apply
