Now Hiring - Industrial Concrete Superintendent
MUST be willing to TRAVEL and have 3-5 years' on-site experience managing and directing industrial concrete projects in accordance with design, budget and schedules.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Lead and manage on-site construction team
  • Will oversee all work on site - Monitor and manage all aspects to keep job on schedule, in budget and accurate.
  • Set up jobsite office to include but not limited to:
  • Provide on-site administrative and technical direction
  • Safety implementation and compliance
  • Legal posts/signage placement and maintenance
  • Hire personnel
  • Enforce company and project policies
  • Manage equipment.
  • Order job site needs to include but not limited to; rebar, embeds, anchor bolts, concrete.
  • Manage subcontractors and Interface with clients
  • Collect and compile data to report to Project Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years Industrial Concrete Superintendent Experience
Comfortable and proficient with computers and software
Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications and other documents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detailed oriented and organized
