This Project Manager IV opportunity is focused on supporting a digital programme within the mobility and convenience sector. The Project Manager IV will play a key role in turning strategic priorities into structured delivery plans while providing coordination across multiple business functions and stakeholders. This Project Manager IV position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced transformation environment where clear planning, governance and delivery discipline are essential. The Project Manager IV will suit a professional who can bring structure, visibility and momentum to a complex programme.
Role Context
This role sits within a digital programme in the mobility and convenience sector, supporting delivery across a complex business environment. The position involves close engagement with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across a transformation-focused setting. The working environment is highly collaborative and requires coordination across multiple teams and delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day PMO activity across workstreams and stakeholders to support programme delivery.
  • Build and maintain integrated project plans, status updates, actions, dependencies and risk tracking.
  • Run governance forums, leadership meetings, roadblock reviews and regular workstream check-ins.
  • Ensure actions, decisions and risks are clearly documented, owned and followed through to closure.
  • Support retail delivery activity including rollout readiness, store technology dependencies, sales process updates and pilot support.
  • Create a clear and transparent programme view for leadership and business stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
