Senior Project Manager

Prairie Du Sac, WI (Madison Area)

$95,000 - $105,000 based on experience

15% target incentive bonus

Hybrid work schedule (3+ days on site & up to 2 days remote per week)

If we find someone with supervisory experience, that could be great! We have two Project Analysts that could report to this position. Not necessary though, just a plus for us.

Lead and support the execution of impactful brand and enterprise level initiatives. Supports and applies standardized methodologies, systems, and tools to ensure effective project management practices. Partners cross functionally with end-to-end involvement to lead scope definition, timelines, success metrics, and accountability.

  • Project Execution and Rollout:
    • Ensures enterprise initiatives are planned, executed, and delivered consistently and effectively

    • Support the development, enhancement, and application of enterprise level project management practices including development and management of timelines and detailed project schedules, project plans, KPI identification, test implementation, feedback gathering and analysis, recommendations, and rollouts

    • Deliver high-caliber presentations to all levels of leadership, including project updates, classroom style teaching and training, data analysis, and recommendations

    • Provide recommendations on change management plans and supporting materials for CFS internal teams, Leadership, Franchisees, Restaurant Managers, and Team Members

    • Prepare and manage budget based on scope of work and predicted resources; track project costs effectively and efficiently to meet budget

    • Conduct risk assessment and mitigation

  • Cross-Functional Involvement and Implementation:
    • Partner with initiative leads and subject matter experts to define objectives, KPIs, workflows, and timelines, and hold team members accountable for their contributions

    • Facilitate thorough and timely communication among all teams, vendors, and stakeholders for each project while providing written updates with regular cadence

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives

    • Mentor and assist with guiding and developing the project management team's capabilities, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or another related field, or additional relevant work experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the food industry

  • Proven track record of successful product development and operational improvements

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong leadership abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ability to use the Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, and OneNote
