Project Manager IIIIntroduction

The State of Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Project Manager III to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple projects in the Family and Economic Support Technical Services (FESTS) section, specifically supporting child support systems. The role will involve utilizing waterfall, agile, and hybrid agile methodologies.

Responsibilities
  • Project management and coordination
  • Provide guidance and consultation on projects
  • Support PMO tasks such as managing action items, tracking risks and issues, preparing communication plans, and more
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical partners
RequirementsMandatory Qualifications:
  • Experience with application development and support project management in Health and Human Services, Insurance, Banking, etc. (8 years)
  • Experience working with business customers to document requirements, analysis, and design deliverables (10 years)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (10 years)
  • Experience with system modernization projects (3 years)
Optional Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience with child support system certification (3 years)
  • Experience executing and documenting the Test Deck for IV-D system Certification (2 years)
