Minimum Requirements:

Experience Project Management Life Cycle processes and documentation


Skilled in delivering projects on time and within budget for projects with a large number of stakeholders


Strong verbal and written skills with all levels of an organization including line staff up to Executive staff


Skill with developing and interpreting Use Case documentation.


Skill in guiding large projects teams with internal and varied level of management involvement.


Skilled in change management and change readiness practices


Skilled in managing competing interests from various project stakeholders and reaching consensus for appropriate next actions.


Experience with HHS programs.


Experience working with caseworker systems.


Experience Project Management Life Cycle processes and documentation



Preferences:


Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university


Advanced skills using Visio and Visio Professional software.


Experience developing process flows using the Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) methodology.


Demonstration of creative thinking and business process analysis to solve business issues.


Experience with completing DIR-specific project templates such as change management plans, and reporting processes


Knowledge of SACWIS (statewide automated child welfare information systems).
