Our client is a luxury watch company. They seek a temp Project Manager to join their Long Island City, NY office.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of projects from bidding through completion
  • Coordinate project timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
  • Balance multiple tasks and priorities across concurrent project workflows
  • Review shop drawings for accuracy and alignment with project specifications
  • Process invoicing and related billing activities
  • Reconcile project finances and monitor budget performance
  • Maintain database and server files to ensure accurate project documentation
  • Manage ongoing maintenance issues and new service requests as they arise
  • Communicate with retail partners, millworkers, and graphic vendors to ensure project alignment
  • Track shipments, manage punch lists, and serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders


Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in project management required
  • Computer skills in Excel, Procore, AutoCAD, Revit, Airtable, InDesign, and Adobe Suite
