Our client is a luxury watch company. They seek a temp Project Manager to join their Long Island City, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of projects from bidding through completion
- Coordinate project timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
- Balance multiple tasks and priorities across concurrent project workflows
- Review shop drawings for accuracy and alignment with project specifications
- Process invoicing and related billing activities
- Reconcile project finances and monitor budget performance
- Maintain database and server files to ensure accurate project documentation
- Manage ongoing maintenance issues and new service requests as they arise
- Communicate with retail partners, millworkers, and graphic vendors to ensure project alignment
- Track shipments, manage punch lists, and serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 3+ years of relevant experience in project management required
- Computer skills in Excel, Procore, AutoCAD, Revit, Airtable, InDesign, and Adobe Suite
