Job description

Reporting to the Director Operations Business, you will support process improvement initiatives that meet business needs through effective project management and commercialization execution. You will assist with planning and implementation in alignment with established priorities by using common processes, while ensuring initiatives are integrated into business operations in an effective and efficient manner.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Shepherd projects through commercialization from planning through execution.

  • Develop and manage project timelines to support ontime delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of project objectives.

  • Track packaging runouts and transitions to support uninterrupted supply.

  • Track Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing setup at the plant level.

  • Pull beginning, middle, and end packaging samples as needed to support commercialization activities.

  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

  • Lead problem identification activities and drive solution development.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

  • Minimum of three years of experience managing multiple projects.

  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or retail environments preferred.

  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.

  • Demonstrated organization, self motivation, and strong attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience working across all levels of the organization and communicating project milestones.

  • Demonstrated success working in ambiguous, changing, and dynamic business environments.

Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
