SGA Design Group is recruiting for our Bentonville team and seeking Architectural Project Managers who thrive in high-volume, high-impact retail programs. If you enjoy owning projects, and collaborating with national brands from prototype to construction, these roles offer visibility, autonomy, and growth. You’ll join a dynamic, fast-paced team delivering ground-up builds, remodels, and rollouts for major brands across the country — where your work directly shapes how thousands of customers experience a space.

Some focus areas include but are not limited to:

  • Prototype & Design Initiatives (DI/CI)
  • New Store BOD’s
  • New Store Rollouts
  • Construction Administration

What You’ll Own

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Direct and coordinate consultants and internal production teams.
  • Develop and review construction documents aligned with design intent.
  • Oversee schedules, deliverables, and quality control.
  • Contribute to process improvements and program efficiency.
  • Ensure execution excellence from concept through construction.

What You Bring
