Job Description:

  • Lead complex, multidisciplinary electronics-based NPD and NPI projects, ensuring predictable delivery, cost control, and on-time execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, driving project success through strong technical leadership and cross-functional coordination.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk for high-impact projects while mentoring other project managers.
  • Own the successful delivery of high-complexity projects, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Act as the primary customer interface for the duration of assigned projects, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing and refining NPD and NPI project proposals, including defining scope, schedule, cost estimates, and resource requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of projects from concept through manufacturing transfer.
  • Coordinate deliverables and communications among engineering, quality, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while providing regular status updates and reports.
  • Track project milestones, manage task dependencies, and proactively identify and resolve issues or risks.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and next steps clearly to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Manage scope changes in coordination with the PMO Manager and Account Managers.
  • Mentor other project managers and support their professional development.
