ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of projects across the organization. This role analyzes project performance, supports project teams and stakeholders, and helps improve processes, tools, and reporting to drive successful project outcomes. Reports to Director of Capital Solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and key milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and performance using dashboards, reports, and other project management tools.
  • Gather and analyze data to support project decision-making, identify trends, and improve future performance.
  • Support communication and coordination between project stakeholders through documentation, reporting, and meeting facilitation.
  • Prepare presentations, executive summaries, project updates, and reports for leadership.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, templates, and reporting practices.
  • Evaluate current project workflows and methodologies to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Support the development and implementation of best practices and strategies to improve project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and department heads to ensure alignment and buy-in for project and process improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and implement change management strategies that support the transition to new processes and tools.
  • Work closely with department heads and senior leaders to identify operational challenges, streamline processes, and ensure continuous improvement initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Manage assigned projects and support larger cross-functional initiatives, ensuring milestones, scope, risks, and business priorities are effectively tracked.
  • Identify project and process implementation risks and support the development of strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with technology vendors and internal teams to identify and integrate systems that can improve project delivery and operational efficiency.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, project management, process improvement, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
  • Experience supporting or coordinating cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
