Lockheed Martin is looking for a Production Engineering Control Account Manager (CAM) to lead execution of multiple F-35 Production Engineering projects.
What You Will Be Doing
The CAM will act as the primary liaison between project management, planning, line leadership, and customers, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality targets. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of F-35 Production Engineering Projects: Follow-on Modernization implementation. Affordability projects to drive cost reduction and process efficiency.Tooling and Special Test Equipment implementation for advanced manufacturing.Field modifications for both F-35 and IFG operations.Other discretely funded projects supporting full-rate production and delivery requirements. This position will be responsible for execution of all tasks within the CAM lifecycle: Proposal integration and baseline development.Earned Value Management (EVM) performance tracking and Variance analysis. Project closure and financial reconciliation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, finance, and supply chain, to drive seamless project execution.

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Basic Qualifications
-CAM certification.
-CAM, Finance, Project Management, &/or Program Management Experience.

- Demonstrated experience interfacing and presenting to Senior Leadership.

-Experience working with Production Engineering. Experience working with Program Management.
-Demonstrated experience reviewing, writing, evaluating Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
-Familiarity with Lockheed's EVMS tool suite.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
