Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the clientโ€™s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, work plans, schedules, task assignments, and project deliverables.
  2. Coordinate project activities, meetings, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of project objectives.
  3. Monitor project progress, procurement activities, agreements, milestones, risks, and deliverables while providing regular status reports.
  4. Lead project meetings, document decisions and action items, maintain project records, and provide ongoing problem-solving and quality assurance support.
    Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

Minimum 7 years of professional project management experience, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, reporting, and delivery oversight.
