EPS Corporation is looking for a Project Management Specialist to Oversee day-to-day contractor operations in support of Network, Data Systems, Cybersecurity, and Telecommunications Support Services.Responsibilities: Serve as IT Project Manager for multiple projects ranging from small to large (1 system to 900 systems). Ensure consistent and effective communication with customers to clearly understand and meet requirements. Perform weekly reviews of overall projects, ensuring proper task assignment and completion of planned effort

Provide input on project task prioritization, considering customer requested completion dates. Champion the use of proven project management methodologies and provide training to team members. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards defined in the Quality Control Plan (QCP).

Support process management initiatives using Value Stream Management (VSM), PACE, Kanban boards, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Experience: Senior-level experience and proficiency in Information Technology practices.

Experience managing multiple IT projects. Experience with Air Force IT requirements and change/configuration management processes and procedures. Experience supporting information systems on Government and Intel networks such as NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, NSANet, and Tier 1 networks.

Experience with ITIL best practices. Experience with agile methodologies (Kanban, VSM, SAFe). Education: Bachelor's Degree in Management or IT-related field, OR minimum 6 years of relevant experience Certifications: DoD 8140 (or 8570.01-M) approved and registered IAT Level II baseline certification (Security+ CE preferred)
