About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management and growth of your account. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for achieving commercial targets, delivering "new from existing" client growth, and ensuring executional excellence in collaboration with colleagues across support functions.
They will inspire and excite our clients and deliver on key commercial principles for both client and adm.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as senior point of contact for clients on day-to-day matters. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring' expectations are understood and exceeded.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and workshops to review campaign performance, discuss strategic initiatives, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Deliver best in class service to our clients, understand clients' brands, business objectives, and industry dynamics to develop strategies and solutions that drive business growth.
  • Identify and communicate potential client efficiencies in procurement patterns, buying cycles, product category focus, sustainability, and alternative POS/Premium development.
  • Drive client sales, ensuring that profit budgets are exceeded and that all costs related to your team orders are strictly controlled.
  • Drive thought leadership, identifying and driving innovation adm could deliver for clients

Project Coordination and Execution:
  • Monitor all activity to ensure all deliverables are on target, on brand, and delivered on time, to the highest standard of quality and within budget.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Independently manage priorities and lead well under pressure. Escalate challenges and offer solutions to the AD or BD effectively.
  • Coordinate effectively and collaboratively with all internal teams and external partners ensuring all sign-offs and deadlines are met in accordance with critical timelines.
  • Execute our Sustainability agenda and achieve key metrics concerning GHG emissions, water consumption, recyclability, and more.

Brief Development and Review:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives, translating them into clear and actionable briefs for internal teams.
  • Review and provide feedback on creative concepts and samples ensuring they align with client expectations, brand standards, and project requirements.

Campaign Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Analyze management information, financial, and sales reports to ensure achievement of internal objectives and client SLAs.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, summarizing project outcomes, key insights, and providing strategic recommendations for future planning and optimization.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 7+ years of experience working for a print/promotional product, or procurement outsource agency, servicing CPG/retail client brand teams.
  • Experience with POS procurement, production, and planning preferred.
  • Prior leadership/management experience required.
  • Proven success growing and maintaining business and driving top-line revenue growth and margin enhancement.
  • Extensive experience engaging and influencing cross functionally, particularly across multiple client marketing / brand teams and internal supply chain teams.
  • Exceptional detail-oriented skills; proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management skills.
