• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, forming the foundation for tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and wellness workshops targeting topics such as stress management, anxiety reduction, and interpersonal skills development.

The clients served at Classic Mind are diverse and may include individuals coping with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health issues. Collaborating with our team, you will tailor your approach to meet the specific needs of each patient, promoting recovery and resilience within a supportive virtual environment.

• Must hold a current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required; a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of the challenges faced by clients in a community health setting, along with an ability to adapt interventions to diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and work collaboratively within a virtual team.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies suitable for remote counseling.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently while providing quality care to each individual.

• Previous experience working in a remote counseling capacity or within a community health center.
• Proven track record of engaging in outreach programs and community wellness initiatives.
• Knowledge of integrating technology into therapeutic practices to enhance client engagement and treatment effectiveness.

• Annual salary of USD 115,000 – 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
