Successfully leading cross-functional teams requires strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, clear communication to ensure everyone is on the same page, and adaptability when navigating conflicting goals. Proactively addressing these challenges not only helps keep projects on track but also builds trust and cohesion among team members.
